No, but any prior experience with customer support, tickets, or digital products is a plus. What matters most is honesty, availability and attitude.
Can I apply again if I get rejected?
No. Rejected applications remain locked until the leadership opens a new application round. One application per Discord account.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. New staff usually start in a trial period. Pay depends on performance, activity and responsibility.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your answers are only visible to the leadership team, stored encrypted at rest, and never shared publicly.
